The American diet that many consume, especially college students, is typically low in vitamin K1 and vitamin K2. With the COVID-19 restrictions essentially disrupting American lives, many people may have experienced worsened symptoms of mood disorders, or the restrictions might have caused new incidences of mood disorders.
